Wilson Ramon Jóven’s Gesha is the most layered of this group. A two-stage fermentation followed by a double wash produces a cup with the fragrance and delicacy expected from Gesha, but with greater depth and texture underneath.

Orange blossom, lavender, and jasmine lead, followed by juicy fruit and a creamy milk-chocolate sweetness as the coffee cools. It is refined rather than loud, with enough structure to keep the florals integrated rather than perfumed.
