Rich, chocolate-forward, and made for everyday drinking. Angel’s Alley opens with deep baker’s chocolate, followed by marshmallow sweetness and the warm, familiar character of graham cracker.

It is full and comforting on its own, holds up beautifully to cream, and works especially well as espresso.

Every morning, Angel brews himself the richest coffee he can find, adds a little oat milk, and pairs it with a chocolate chip cookie. We developed this blend for exactly that ritual. It landed squarely in Angel’s alley—and that is how it got its name.
